Customs Duty and Taxes

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes (if it is applicable to your country). You are considered the importer of the goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of your country. The charges are levied once the goods arrives in your country and are NOT calculated in the cost of the goods or shipping charges. We are not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs and customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
  • Custom policies vary greatly from country to country and many countries do have tax exemptions and allowances for goods under a certain amount. Please contact your local customs office for any further information.
  • We will do our best to ensure your orders gets cleared with customs in the most efficient and economical ways. 
 

Refunds / Order Cancellations 
Carino.com.my will provide refund(s)/replacement(s) to customers that fall under certain criteria (E.g.: out of stock, system auto reject, fraud, etc.)

Possible Issues

  • Out-of-Stock Order: Carino.com.my works hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but availability of a listed item is subjected to change due to high-demand of said item. In the event of 'out of stock' situation, Carino.com.my will grant you a full refund inclusive of shipping charges.
  • Non-delivery of Order: If you do not receive your order after 7 working days Domestic or 21 working days International (not including custom clearance). Do contact us and we would be glad to help you out.
  • Incorrect/Incomplete/Defected/Damaged Items: Though we try to ensure the best conditions of the items you will receive mishaps do happen. If any of these conditions apply to you, please do contact us for assistance.
  • Cancelling Orders: The processing orders at Carino.com.my are run promptly to ensure you receive your items the soonest as possible. Therefore, no cancellation or change will be accepted once your order has been processed by us.
  • Will my order be cancelled if payment declines? Once your order has been placed with us, no cancellation or changes are will be allowed. However your order will be cancelled due to 2 reasons as below:
    1. Payment Failure - You are welcome to proceed with your order checkout by other modes of payment.
    2. Out-of-Stock - Although we have an alert system to notify us of low inventory to ensure Out-Of-Stock situation does not happen. Though if this happens, your order will be cancelled and we will proceed with a refund process. 
 

Return Policies

  • No cancellation of order or refund will be entertained, unless the Product you have ordered is abruptly out of stock or we are unable to fulfil the order for any other reason.
  • Exchange only can be done ones only in within 3 days.
